BLPA-25 Compact Precision Open-Type Single-Point Power Press is engineered for high-efficiency stamping and forming of small-scale precision components. With a nominal capacity of 250 kN, this machine features a high-rigidity frame constructed from steel plates that have undergone rigorous heat treatment to eliminate internal stress, ensuring long-term structural stability. It is equipped with a highly sensitive dry clutch brake system and a dual solenoid valve, which work in tandem with a hydraulic overload protector to guarantee the accuracy and safety of the slide during operation and stopping. The BLPA-25 supports a maximum die height of up to 260 mm and utilizes a manual slide adjustment device. This feature ensures quick and precise die setup, reducing downtime while improving operational efficiency and consistency in high-precision stamping applications.
