BLKP-850 Industrial Strength Heavy-Duty Cold Forging Toggle Type Power Press delivers a nominal capacity of 8500 kN and is suitable for high-load cold forging applications in automotive and heavy machinery component production. Built on an ultra-rigid industrial frame, it maintains stable forming performance under continuous heavy-duty operation. It features an 8 mm nominal pressure stroke and a 600 × 700 mm worktable with a 180 mm thickened bolster, providing structural support for demanding forging processes. The toggle mechanism enables controlled low-speed forming, improving the handling of difficult-to-deform materials. Recursive lubrication and a photoelectric safety system are integrated to support stable operation and enhance protection during continuous production cycles.
