BLKP-400 Versatile Balanced-Stroke Cold Forging Toggle Type Power Press delivers a nominal capacity of 4000 kN and supports flexible stroke options of 160 mm or 180 mm for a range of cold forging processes such as upsetting, coining, and sizing. The knuckle-joint mechanism improves material flow during forming, enhancing the structural consistency of forged parts. It features a 550 × 660 mm worktable and an electric slide adjustment system with hydraulic locking, providing stable setup conditions for multi-station die applications and improving overall production efficiency in cold forging operations.
