BLPE-200 Versatile Precision-Balanced Closed-Type Double-Point Press delivers a nominal capacity of 2000 kN and is equipped with a double-point structure to ensure balanced load distribution and stable forming performance. It features a 250 mm V-type slide stroke and a 2200 × 940 mm worktable, providing sufficient space for a wide range of drawing and forming operations. Driven by an 18.5 kW main motor with inverter speed control, the press allows adjustable stroke rates between 20 and 70 SPM to accommodate different process requirements. Integrated hydraulic overload protection and dual solenoid valves enhance operational safety and system reliability during continuous production.It is suitable for deep drawing, stamping, and precision forming applications in automotive parts, appliance components, and large-scale industrial sheet metal processing.
