BLPE-160 High-Efficiency Agile Closed-Type Double-Point Press is suitable for high-speed precision stamping applications in automated production lines, particularly in automotive components, precision hardware, and electronic parts manufacturing. It delivers a nominal capacity of 1600 kN and adopts a double-point structure to ensure balanced force distribution across the slide, supporting stable forming accuracy during high-speed operation. In H-type configuration, the press can reach up to 85 strokes per minute, enabling efficient continuous production. Built on a high-rigidity, heat-treated steel frame, it is designed to reduce vibration and maintain JIS Class 1 accuracy. Equipped with a 1800 × 760 mm worktable and a sensitive dry clutch brake system, it ensures responsive control and consistent operational stability in automated manufacturing environments.
