BLPC-110 High-Efficiency Agility Open-Type Double-Point Power Press is the most nimble model in the dual-point series, offering a nominal capacity of 1100 kN combined with the highest speed capability of up to 100 strokes per minute. This machine is specifically designed for high-speed precision stamping where lateral stability is critical, utilizing its double-point design to distribute force evenly across the slide. It features a high-sensitivity dry clutch brake and a hydraulic overload protector to ensure maximum safety during rapid cycles. With a specialized electric automatic lubrication system and a main motor equipped with an inverter for adjustable speed, the BLPC-110 provides manufacturers with a flexible and responsive solution for high-volume production of smaller precision components.
