BLPC2-63 Precision Agile Open-Type Double-Point Battery Power Press is developed for high-speed stamping of small-format battery shells, with a nominal capacity of 630 kN. The double-point structure provides balanced force distribution across the slide, helping maintain dimensional consistency and forming stability in thin-wall battery case production. The machine operates at speeds of up to 80 strokes per minute and is equipped with a 1300 × 550 mm worktable, suitable for precision multi-station dies used in battery component manufacturing. A dry clutch-brake system ensures responsive engagement and stopping performance, while a hydraulic overload protection device enhances operational safety and protects tooling during continuous production.
