BLPF-800 Ultra-High Tonnage Closed-Type Double-Point Eccentric Gear Power Press delivers a nominal capacity of 8000 kN, designed for heavy-duty forming of large structural components. It features a 3600 × 1400 mm worktable to accommodate large industrial dies used in automotive body panels and appliance manufacturing.Driven by a 75 kW main motor, the press adopts an eccentric gear transmission combined with a high-rigidity frame structure to ensure stable load distribution during high-tonnage operation. A 1200 kN cushion capacity supports complex forming processes requiring controlled material flow. Integrated control systems, including a touch-screen interface and an anti-overrun safety device, enhance operational control and safety.It is suitable for large-scale stamping, deep drawing, and structural forming applications in automotive, home appliance, and heavy industrial manufacturing sectors.
