BLPF-630 Deep-Stroke High-Force Closed-Type Double-Point Eccentric Gear Power Press is designed for heavy-duty deep drawing and stretching applications, delivering a nominal capacity of 6300 kN with an extended 400 mm slide stroke for stable forming of large and complex components. The eccentric gear drive system, integrated into a high-rigidity three-section frame, ensures reduced structural deflection and consistent load transmission during high-load operation. A 3300 × 1300 mm worktable with a deep 1400 mm slide bottom, combined with an 800 kN cushion capacity, supports complex forming processes requiring controlled pressure throughout the stroke. Equipped with a tonnage monitoring system and a photoelectric safety device, it provides reliable performance and process control in high-intensity industrial production environments.
