BLES-250 High-Energy Stable-Bed Closed-Frame Double-Point Servo Power Press delivers a nominal capacity of 2500 kN and a working energy of 25,200 J, designed for deep drawing and large-scale precision stamping. The closed-frame double-point structure provides stable load distribution and high rigidity under continuous heavy-duty operation. Equipped with a 2500 × 1000 mm worktable and a 2200 × 900 mm slide bottom, it offers sufficient space for large dies and complex forming. A high-torque direct-drive servo system ensures consistent force output across a 280 mm stroke, improving forming stability. CNC touch-screen control and hand-wheel fine adjustment support precise setup and process control. It is suitable for automotive body panels, large appliance housings, structural sheet metal parts, and other deep-drawing and high-tonnage industrial stamping applications.
