BLES-160 Agile Precision Closed-Frame Double-Point Servo Power Press delivers a nominal capacity of 1600 kN for high-accuracy stamping of electronic and precision hardware components. The servo-driven system directly controls slide motion, enabling stable high-speed operation at approximately 55 strokes per minute. Equipped with a 1800 × 760 mm worktable, it supports flexible die setups for complex forming processes. The system includes 9 built-in motion curves, such as precision blanking and pulsing modes, to improve forming consistency while reducing vibration and noise. It maintains JIS B 6402 Class 1 precision, ensuring stable dimensional accuracy in continuous production. It is suitable for electronic components, precision hardware parts, and high-speed automated stamping production lines.
