BLPS-45 Robust Large-Capacity Open-Gap Deep-Throat Power Press is engineered for high-demand industrial applications, delivering a nominal force of 450 kN. It adopts a reinforced, heat-treated, welded steel frame structure optimized for high rigidity and reduced elastic deformation under heavy loading conditions. The unit is configured with an 850 × 440 mm enlarged worktable and an extended die height adjustment range, offering enhanced process flexibility for medium-duty forging, deep-reach stamping, and complex forming operations. Driven by a 4 kW main motor, the system integrates a hydraulic overload protection device and high-sensitivity dual solenoid valve control, ensuring precise stop-start response, operational stability, and protection under continuous high-capacity production cycles.
