BLPG-200 High-Capacity Large-Format Closed-Type Single-Point Wide-Door Power Press is designed for large-scale sheet metal forming, featuring a nominal capacity of 2000 kN and a 1000 × 900 mm worktable that provides ample space for large dies and wide workpieces. The wide-door frame structure offers expanded lateral access, improving efficiency in die installation and material handling compared to conventional closed-type presses. Powered by an 18.5 kW main motor, the press provides a 200 mm V-type slide stroke, ensuring stable forming performance and uniform load distribution during operation. It is suitable for processing large panels and deep-drawn components in automotive and appliance manufacturing.
