BLPD-200 Heavy-Duty Large-Format Semi-Closed Single-Point Power Press delivers a nominal capacity of 2000 kN and is designed for large-scale sheet metal forming applications. It features a 1140 × 820 mm worktable and a 1140 mm column distance, providing improved accessibility for wide panel handling and large die setups. Built on a 24.5-ton heat-treated high-rigidity frame, it ensures stable structural performance under continuous load conditions. Driven by an 18.5 kW main motor, the system maintains consistent forming capability, while photo-electronic safety devices support reliable operation in automated production environments. This configuration is widely used in automotive body panel manufacturing, home appliance housing production, and large-format precision sheet metal forming lines.
