The BLPY-200 is a stable, integrated, closed-frame, single-point power press with a nominal force of 2,000 kN. It retains the signature "wide-door" design of the BLPY series, featuring a generous 2,950 mm clearance between uprights that provides ample workspace for large die layouts and the integration of precision automated peripheral equipment. Combined with the high rigidity of its closed-frame structure, this machine is a key asset for the high-precision, flexible production of large, heavy-duty parts. It utilizes a highly responsive dry clutch-brake unit, a crankshaft angle indicator, and a main motor reverse mechanism to ensure seamless operational precision. Additionally, the inclusion of an electric grease lubrication system and a slide/die balancing mechanism significantly reduces mechanical wear and ensures long-term accuracy.
