BLPG-160 Versatile Stable-Frame Closed-Type Single-Point Wide-Door Power Press is suitable for precision stamping, forming, and drawing applications requiring stable performance under medium-to-high load conditions. It delivers a nominal capacity of 1600 kN and features an 800 × 700 mm worktable, providing adequate support for diverse tooling and forming processes. The wide-door frame design improves accessibility for die setup and material handling, while the electric slide adjustment system and die height indicator support accurate and efficient mold positioning. Driven by a 15 kW high-torque motor, it ensures consistent operation across variable stroke conditions. Integrated photoelectric safety protection and dual solenoid valves enhance operational reliability and safety during continuous production.
