BLPD-160 Versatile Balanced-Stability Semi-Closed Single-Point Power Press

BLPD-160 Versatile Balanced-Stability Semi-Closed Single-Point Power Press delivers a nominal capacity of 1600 kN with a 16.8-ton high-rigidity frame, designed for stable drawing and forming operations. It features a 200 mm slide stroke and a 980 × 800 mm worktable, providing sufficient clearance for a wide range of tooling applications. An electric slide adjustment system and a digital die height indicator enable fast and accurate mold setup. Driven by a 15 kW high-torque motor, it maintains stable precision under heavy-load conditions, ensuring reliable performance in continuous production.
